Internship Program

1️⃣ General Information About the Internship

The purpose of the Industrial Experience Program is to provide Industrial Engineering undergraduate students with firsthand experience in real work environments, allowing them to observe workplace relations, business culture, and operational processes. The program also encourages students to analyze an industrial or service organization from an engineering perspective to identify potential improvement areas and develop solutions that contribute to problem-solving or enhance R&D infrastructure through university-industry collaboration. Ultimately, the program aims to help students explore career paths, recognize their interests, apply their academic knowledge in practice, and graduate as industry-ready professionals.

All students enrolled in the Industrial Engineering undergraduate program at Abdullah Gül University are required to complete at least 16 weeks of training at a production or service organization throughout their 4-year education.
