As part of the “Kariyer Yolunda Seyrüsefer” event series at Abdullah Gül University (AGU), ASELSAN Production Planning Engineer Erdem Baltacı met with students in an online session.
Held on Wednesday, May 22, the event featured Baltacı sharing insights from his own career journey, emphasizing the critical role industrial engineers play in the defense industry.
He highlighted the strategic contributions of industrial engineers in areas ranging from production planning to process optimization and encouraged students to explore the many opportunities within the field.
Baltacı also answered participants’ questions, offering valuable guidance to young people interested in pursuing a career in the defense industry.
