In accordance with the decision of our University Senate, applications for "Replace With" after registration must be submitted to the relevant Department Heads, along with justified reasons, no later than the 6th week of the current semester.
According to the academic calendar, next week marks the 6th week of instruction. Applications submitted after this deadline *cannot be processed pursuant to the Senate decision* . Under our current Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, graduation cannot be granted if there are F or W grades on a student's transcript. In particular, failure to substitute previously failed (F) or withdrawn (W) courses in a timely manner may lead to complications and delay graduation.
Accordingly, to prevent any grievances, students who need to request a "Replace With" must immediately contact their academic advisors and submit their justified petitions to our Department Head by the end of the last business day of the 6th week.
