In accordance with Article 5, Paragraph (2) of our University's "Exemption, Course Submission and Adjustment Directive "Students who are exempt from the English preparatory program, have successfully completed the preparatory program, are participating in exchange programs, or are newly enrolled must apply to their respective department chairs by the end of the "add-drop" period of the relevant semester. Applications must include a formal petition, certified course syllabi, and transcripts to facilitate course credit transfer, exemption, and academic placement procedures. Students who enroll after the start of the academic term must submit their applications within ten business days of their enrollment date.
