A new academic success has been achieved by our department: The article titled “A Simulation-Based Approximate Dynamic Programming Approach to Dynamic and Stochastic Resource-Constrained Multi-Project Scheduling Problem” by Dr. Uğur Satıç, a faculty member in our department, has been published in the European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR).
